White Sea, part of the Arctic coast of European Russia. White Sea juts deep into the mainland to the south-east of the Kola Peninsula.

Kandalaksha Gulf (Kandalaksskaja Guba), north-western part of the White Sea between the Kola Peninsula and the mainland. Long of the gulf 185 km. The width of the gulf at the entrance to 67 km. In the Kandalaksha Gulf of the White Sea are many islands. West coast of the White Sea from the top Kandalaksha Gulf to the river Kem' in Karelia called the Karelskiy Bereg Beach.
